Millson Forestry is very pleased to introduce our premium line of living lettuce: Living Greens.  Our lettuce is grown using advanced Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) technology in our greenhouse.  Our living lettuce stays fresh longer, continues to grow with a little water, and brings vibrant, garden-fresh flavor to your kitchen year-round.

What is the NFT System?

Our Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) system is a hydroponic method where lettuce is grown in a nutrient-rich, soil-free environment. This system allows us to provide ideal growing conditions for our lettuce plants, ensuring they are healthy, flavorful, and packed with nutrients.

Unlike traditional farming, the NFT system delivers water and nutrients directly to the roots of each plant through a continuous flow of water. This method uses less water, eliminates the need for pesticides, and reduces waste, making it a truly sustainable choice for both you and the environment.

When harvesting our lettuce we keep the roots attached, so your lettuce stays alive and fresh right on your kitchen counter. It’s like having a mini garden in your home! Simply place the lettuce in a bowl or vase with a little water, and watch it continue to grow.
